Why this works
Most year-end reflections stop at looking back. This one asks two separate questions: what are you actually done carrying, and what already earned a spot in the next year? Naming both, side by side, makes the turn from one year to the next feel like a decision instead of just a date on a calendar.
These are two completely independent lists — each with its own Designer handoff, so you print and cut them separately (or side by side on two strips). Leaving something in 2026 doesn't require replacing it with something else, and taking something into 2027 doesn't require anything to be left behind.
